KNEWR is built for training academies that handle learner records, completion data, and certificates. Security is part of how the platform is operated—not an afterthought.

Data protection

Academy and learner data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled environments. Role-based permissions limit who can view courses, attendance, and completion records inside each academy workspace.

Operational practices

We monitor platform health, apply security updates, and restrict production access to authorized personnel. Customer academies retain ownership of the training content they upload.
