You may browse our marketing sites and request product information in good faith. Customer academies receive platform access under a separate commercial agreement that defines scope, support, and data responsibilities.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service availability, or upload unlawful or infringing content. Academies remain responsible for the training materials they publish to learners.

Intellectual property

KNEWR software, branding, and documentation remain our property or that of our licensors. Customer content uploaded to the platform remains owned by the customer, subject to the license needed to operate the service.

Marketing pages describe product capabilities in general terms. KNEWR does not provide legal, licensing, or compliance advice. Academies are responsible for meeting regulatory requirements in their jurisdictions.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
